The first thing I noticed was how solid it felt when placed in the middle of my work desk. That's especially noticeable on larger desks since there is little friction that would create problems with them during travel or lifting too much weight into each seat. They do flex slightly around their sides as you move back and forth so make sure to adjust your chair position if you're going to have a full 90 degree rotation before placing one outside for optimal comfort. After moving from left to right they fit perfectly but even though those are some large dimensions these wheels feel like 3" long compared.
